The Bulldog Ball Club and NY Bulldogs (hereinafter referred to as "Company) teams have a strict No Refund policy. Please see our updated policy related to the Spring 2020 season here, COVID-19 Credit Policy.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather, field closures, injuries, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
We try to assign players to venues for which they sign up, but in certain circumstances (in the interest of the best experience for the children), players may not be assigned to their venue of choice. If this occurs players will be moved to a nearby facility that provides for the best playing experience possible for the children. Under these circumstances no refunds will be available if someone does not want to play at the alternate facility but players may have the option for a credit to a future season.
In some extreme customer service circumstances a partial refund may be granted by the company upon request.
