How much does it cost for a week of camp?

Camp is $795 per week. There are additional discounts for multi-weeks, siblings, and returning campers, so please reach out to Bulldogs staff to learn more.

 

Where is it?

Camp is located at Most Holy Trinity Church, 79 Buell Lane, in East Hampton.

 

What sports do you offer?

We offer a baseball camp that divides into age groups. We also have a multi-sports camp which focuses on soccer, flag football, basketball, baseball, and other sports and mini games. 

 

What are the ages for the summer camp?

6 years old to 13 years old.

 

Is lunch provided at this camp or will my child have to bring their own? 

Campers need to bring a nut-free lunch and snacks to camp. Food sharing is not allowed. Please note that lunches are kept with campers so should be sent in insulated bags if possible.

 

What else should my child bring to this camp?

Your child should bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and baseball equipment. If your child will be wearing cleats, please also send sneakers for indoor play/lunch time. 

 

What if my child has allergies or takes medication?

You will provide this information on the medical form during the registration process. You must have a doctor’s note for any medication your child needs to take during camp hours. This includes epi-pens, allergy medication, etc.

 

What time is the camp?

Camp is from 9am - 3pm. Drop-off is between 8:45 - 9:15am. Pick-up is between 2:45 - 3:00pm.

 

Where do I drop off/pick up my child?

You will receive specifc instructions after enrollment. 

 

What if my child is late for drop off or I need to pick up early?

Late drop-off and early pick up is fine. Please call us at (212) 472-8344 so that we can have your child gather belongings and come to the front of the camp.

 

Is my child allowed to change groups to be with his/her friends?

Yes, we want campers to have fun and play with their friends. They should let the camp director know or please send an email to camp@bulldogballclub.com. Campers may do multi-sports one week and baseball the next but cannot switch back and forth during the same week. 

 

Can family, friends or caregivers observe their child at camp?

Yes, but only from the parking lot. Please remain in or near your vehicle. 

 

Can my child do half days or partial weeks?

We do not have a half day option. Your child may attend for part of the day but there is no half-day pricing. Registration for partial weeks or drop-in days will be subject to availability based on the camp capacity closer to the start of camp.

What happens if it rains? 

In the event of rain, campers will spend the day inside. Please make sure your child has sneakers for indoor play. 

 

What happens on really hot days?

Water balloons! We may go indoors, turn on the hose to run through, or take some extra breaks in the shade. Please send your child with PLENTY of water, more than you think they will need, since we do not have refill jugs available.

 

Can my child make-up a day?

Camp days cannot be made up in the event of absence. If you know in advance of days that you have to miss, please contact us to select an alternate week to attend. 

 

Can I make payments in installments?

There is a bi-weekly payment option on the enrollment form. Contact us to make alternate arrangements.
