How much does it cost for a week of camp?

Camp is $695 per week. There are additional discounts for multi-weeks, siblings, and early registration, so please reach out to Bulldogs staff to learn more.

 

What sports do you offer?

We offer a baseball and softball camp that divides into age groups. We also have a multi-sports camp which focuses on soccer, flag football, basketball, baseball, and other sports and mini games. Multi-sports campers stay together and games are adapted for the age range of campers. This is the best option if you have kids a few years apart but who want to play in the same group.

 

What are the ages for the summer camp?

6 years old to 12 years old.

 

Can you sign up for single days?

Absolutely. You’ll see this option on the registration form.

 

Do you offer transportation?

Yes, we offer transportation to and from Bridgehampton and Water Mill. Transportation is $20 each way and you can select this option on the registration form. To add or remove transport, please contact us. 

 

How do I register?

New (to summer camp) families can fill out the New Family Enrollment Form. Returning (to summer camp) families can login to their Parent Dashboard.  

 

Can I sign my child up in the morning before camp? 

Yes, but please note that you will need to complete the registration process and have a copy of your child’s immunization record. Please call (212) 472-8344 between 7-9am for last-minute registration.

 

What if my son or daughter is older than 12?

Is lunch provided at this camp or will my child have to bring their own? 

Campers need to bring a nut-free lunch to camp. Food sharing is not allowed. Please note that lunches are kept indoors but are not refrigerated.

 

What else should my child bring to this camp?

Your child should bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and a baseball glove. Other baseball equipment is optional. If your child will be wearing cleats, please also send sneakers for indoor play/lunch time. 

 

What if my child has allergies or takes medication?

You will provide this information on the medical form during the registration process. You must have a doctor’s note for any medication your child needs to take during camp hours. This includes epi-pens, allergy medication,

 

What time is the camp?

Camp is from 9am - 3pm. Please note that staff are not available to supervise campers before 9am so please do not drop your child off early. 

 

Where do I drop off/pick up my child?

Drop-off begins at 9am in the drop-off lane at the high school. Bulldogs staff in red shirts will point you in the right direction. You do not need to get out of your vehicle. If you would like to walk your child into camp, please park your car.

 

What if my child is late for drop off or I need to pick up early?

In the event of late drop off, parents/caregivers must park their car and bring the camper to the school gymnasium to meet the rest of camp. In the event of early pick up, please call us at (212) 472-8344 so that we can have your child gather belongings and come to the front of the camp. Is my child allowed to change groups to be with his/her friends?

Yes, we want campers to have fun and play with their friends. They should let the camp director know, or please send an email to camp@bulldogballclub.com so that we can update the rosters for the next day. 

 

Can family, friends or caregivers observe their child at camp?

Yes, but any observers need to identify themselves to Bulldogs staff. 

 

Can my child do half days or partial weeks?

We do not have a half day option, but you can select only the days you’d like your child to attend and it doesn’t have to be a full week.

What happens if it rains? 

In the event of rain, campers will spend the day inside. Please make sure your child has sneakers for indoor play. 

 

What happens on really hot days?

Campers will be taken inside to play if it’s too hot to stay outside. 

 

Can camp days/weeks be made up if my child is absent?

If you notify us a week in advance or before, camp days/weeks can be changed. Camp days cannot be made up in the event of absence. We make preparations and have staff according to each day’s roster.

 

Can I make payments in installments?
