The NY Bulldogs believe in what so many great players and champions have believed before us; that winners are made in the off season.  Our Winter training program consists of strength and conditioning and hitting as well as our highly regarded Pitching Lab.  Here is a description of each component.

Strength and Hitting Training

Our Strength and Conditioning program combines  high intensity interval and strength movement training, arm car training as provided by Driveline Baseball, swing strength methods and good old fashioned, sweat producing conditioning.  Your child will definitely experience the benefits of this training on the field next season.

Our Hitting Program is designed after the Green Light Hitting training program as used by the 2015 Little League Champion Red Land Little League program.  The program and is engineered to instill proper anticipation and bat path and increase bat speed and quickness.  This program is a must for any aspiring baseball player to complete.


Pitching Lab
This program is focused on building healthy and durable arms through strength training and analysis.  The program will be modeled after the highly regarded Driveline training program as well as functional movement training learned at Cressey Sports Performance.  Here are some highlights of what to expect from this program:
- Player screening and testing before, during and after  program (velocity, strength, flexibility)
- Video analysis of throwing motion throughout program
- Personalized off-season training program to perform outside of class.

- Personalized in-season training program.

The program will run for 6 weeks and each session will be 2 hours.  The program is appropriate for advance players ages 11-15 years old.  Space is extremely limited.
